CET was established in 1979 as a professional engineering consulting firm specializing in the operation and performance optimization of wastewater treatment facilities. Today, the firm offers a complete range of water and wastewater and related environmental engineering services, including facilities planning, infrastructure mapping and management using geographical information systems (GIS) technology, design and permitting, construction administration, and operations consulting. CET also provides structural engineering services and offers architectural design services through its affiliate, CET Architectural Services, PC.
