Cfsglobal

The CFSGlobal arm of the broader WalkerBai Group of businesses was established in early 2019 specifically with Combustible Cladding Rectification in mind. We’re extremely well versed in the running and delivery of such projects and have been actively involved in assisting Building Owners with this particular issue since late 2017 under the then WalkerBai banner. Our original services offering was limited to Architectural/ Lead Consultancy and Project Management. This has since been expanded to include Façade and Structural Engineering, ESD, and Quantity Surveying. This setup makes for a highly coordinated in-house process offering our clients a consolidated, near one-stop-shop solution. It is the premise on which our name is based. We work to simplify the process of Combustible Facade Cladding Risk Mitigation and Compliance for you. CFSGlobal provides a personalised service tailored to meet your project needs and particular circumstances. Our approach is hands-on and offers fast, practical solutions and flexible delivery. You will find our team helpful, well-informed and always willing to go the extra mile.
