Formed in 2004, CH Maintenance Services Limited (CHM) shaped it’s origins in providing after care to new build housing companies throughout the North West of England. With the ethos of providing quality solutions by fully skilled tradesmen the company expanded and moved into the commercial and public sectors providing building maintenance services to an ever increasing area of the UK. Specialising in responsive and planned maintenance works and refurbishment projects our client base has expanded and now includes some of the best known and reputable organisations in the country. CHM are always looking for new markets to enter, CHM have also entered the Pod sector on new build projects offering a positioning, snagging and maintenance service to bathroom and kitchen Pod manufacturers. Operating from its head office in Cheshire the company has the support of an industry experienced and knowledgeable management team. Now in our 10th year we offer a national service taking our clients projects from concept to completion.
