Carefully handpicked leaves from our own verdant tea gardens helps us create an exquisite brew for the passionate connoisseur of quality tea. We pack our Teas within 15 days from the date of manufacture. We are completely integrated and not only grow our own Teas but also manufacture, pack and have omni channel retailing. Our teas are FDA approved, our gardens are organic and in compliance with Rain Forest Alliance. Chai Craft has been recently awarded as the "Emerging Brand of the Year" at the prestigious MSME India Business Awards. Zee Business and Blindwink has awarded us as the "Most Exotic Tea Brand of India". We have also been recognized by the Asian Arab Trade Chamber of Commerce (AATCOC). We have 4 major verticals: e-commerce, off line retail, HORECA, and Institutional. We are listed on every major e-commerce platform, viz, Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, Meesho, Wellcurve, CRED, 1MG, etc. We have our own websites, and For off line sales, we have super stockiest and distributors in Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi-NCR as well as a robust sales team. In the HORECA space, we already work with over 150 luxury 5 star hotels and are their preferred partners for tea for in-room use as well as for banquets and F&B. We also work with over 100 high end restaurants and cafés. In institutional business, we are preferred partners for reputed companies like Bharat Biotech Ltd, AWFIS.
