Chai Waale holds a 50% share in Chennai's organized and structured tea Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market. Chai Waale has Chennai’s major market share at marquee locations such as Chennai Domestic and International Airport terminals (total 4 outlets), Chennai Central and Tambaram Railway Stations. This is a rare feat in this segment.
