Chaire Anca

ANCA Chair is a Danone Research sponsored training and research unit for Food Science, Nutrition and Eatin Behavior. We aim at being a platform for interdisciplinary exchange around questions and issues relating to food and health. We want to create interactions between different actors (scientists, health authorities, food industry managers in marketing / innovation / production quality etc…) and different disciplines (food science and technology, physiology of nutrition, consumer behavior and psychology concerning food…) in order to get a more systemic vision of food issues to improve consumer’s health. We are convicted that very interesting ideas and concepts could emerge from the elaboration of this new vision.
