Challenge Physio is an expert physiotherapy clinic serving the Teesside area in the North East of England, located within Stockton-on-Tees. I’m Robert White MSc, a Stockton-On-Tees based consultant physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. I offer a unique physiotherapy approach based on a variety of scientifically proven techniques. The Challenge Physio approach combines my years of practical and academic education with my intuitive understanding of how our bodies attempt to cope with the stresses and strains of modern day life. We offer a truly holistic solution to problems such as back, shoulder, knee and elbow pain that many other clinics don’t. As the name suggests, at Challenge Physio we often see complex cases of injury and discomfort. In fact the most common opening line from our clients is … “I’ve been here, I’ve been there, but I’m still no further forward”.
