OUR MISSION Challenge Your Body is dedicated to creating an atmosphere where acceptance is felt at the door; empowering our members to embrace fitness and wellness as a way of life; providing on-going individualized guidance and support in an educational and inspirational environment. CYB’s commitment is to enrich each member’s wellness journey by strengthening the body and transforming the mind. HOW WE WORK Our passion is to help you learn how fitness can benefit your total health experience and open a new world of self-discovery! We provide a community where you will find encouragement and support along your fitness and life journey. We offer a variety of bootcamps and circuit training classes for different adult skill levels, as well as age-specific kids classes. Our trainers will help you set fitness goals and give you the support to reach them. OUR FACILITIES We now have larger fitness rooms and quadrants for a greater variety and number of fitness classes. Showers and locker rooms are available to keep your clothes and valuables secure, however you will need to bring your own locks. As we expand, more equipment will be added, including a cargo net, climbing ropes and additional cardio gear. We plan to expand TRX classes and add additional obstacle and endurance challenges. We now offer Massage Therapy, by appointment.
