ChamberWealth Pte Ltd was created when Loy discovered huge pain-points faced by individuals in their financial planning during his 12 years in the industry. Problems tend to arise in areas where clients possess inadequate knowledge and thus have no control in the whole process. ChamberWealth believes by equipping one with the necessary knowledge, individuals can be empowered with more choices and control over their decisions. Our main aim is to fill in the knowledge gaps in three main areas: 1) Knowing what they are doing 2) Knowing where their gaps are 3) Knowing what their priorities are Through providing financial literacy, ChamberWealth hopes to help individuals have better control over their finances and live thus a better life. ChamberWealth is a branch representing Manulife Financial Advisers. Our Philosophy At ChamberWealth, we work with the highest integrity and complete transparency throughout the whole financial planning process so that our customers will have a piece of mind at different chapters of their life. We care about protecting the interests of our customers throughout the life of the investment, while providing courteous and professional service. We also believe that a satisfied customer is a repeat customer, to recommend us to his friends. Our Culture For this to happen, we don’t believe in leading a team that is driven by quota, preferring rather to invest in the development of the individuals in our team, by first making sure our team understands their customers’ needs and priorities, and a thorough analysis of all types of products. In implementing a Development Driven Process, we focus on a ‘how-to’ and a ‘disciplined’ approach instead in order to train and nurture our team. In doing so, Loy as a founder generously allocates majority of resources (60-70%) on people management including his team of managers. A Psychology graduate from Murdoch University, Loy also believes that everyone has different learning curves. He finds that his degree has defined him in his approach towards people / perception towards others: ”Accept them as who they are - You don’t expect a fish to climb a tree, would you?” As such, even though he was once in the Police Force, Loy has instead chosen a path seeking to enrich and help bring out the best potential in people and enrich others life via holistic financial planning.
