Our Mission Statement is: We cook with love and serve with Passion. Since people thinks & eats differently and since some groups follow specific diets and food nutrition. We at Champa Chicken serve 4 different types of chicken (Champa Fried, Rotisserie on charcoal, Lava stone grilled & backed Chicken) to ensure that we do have a variety of products that meets most of our guests’ expectations. Despite that Halal food is adhered to Islamic law, as defined in the Koran. Many people believe that Halal meat tastes better as the blood in meat can rot and negatively impacts taste. Halal meat is more tender and tastes better. It also stays fresh longer due to the absence of blood, which restricts bacteria growth. That’s why we at Champa Chicken decided to cook with Halal meats.
