Champlain Capital Partners is a private equity firm founded in that partners with lower middle-market companies across consumer products, manufacturing, business services, healthcare, and value-added distribution. We target businesses with $20 million to $100 million of revenue and $5 million to $15 million of EBITDA, and are currently investing out of Fund IV. We work through close collaboration with management teams. Our approach combines strategic planning, organizational and talent development, operational improvement, and disciplined add-on acquisitions. We are pragmatic partners with deep operational and financial experience, focused on helping companies navigate both growth opportunities and the inevitable challenges that arise.
