Change Counseling, Llc

We provide counseling to individuals and couples from a wellness-based approach that looks at the whole person to help create positive change for our clients. Our areas of expertise include addiction recovery, trauma, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), cognitive-behavioral therapy, stress reduction, mindfulness practice, telecounseling and animal assisted therapy. We help adolescents, adults and couples living with depression, anxiety, grief and addiction find strength and hope to thrive.
