Change Factors Analysis

Change Factors Analysis, Inc.(CFA, Inc.) provides behavior management consultation to a range of service providers and caretakers in the field of developmental disabilities, including residential providers, day program providers, employment service providers, and families. We believe that improving behavior is a critical step in assisting clients with challenging behaviors in getting where they want to go, but is not an outcome in and of itself. Removing challenging behavior as a barrier, sets the stage for achieving big and better things in life. Driven by the evidence-based principles and strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a positive individualized perspective, our staff work to teach clients, staff, and caretakers the behaviors and skills that serve as alternatives to existing problematic behaviors and punitive tactics.
