Change it Up provides workplace and online menopause training and awareness courses. By training staff and creating an open workplace culture, employees can speak up and ask for support when they need it. Female staff feel empowered and HR and line managers feel confident to act on any menopause issue. Following my own personal experience, I left my 20 year legal career and started my own training company to raise awareness of menopause. During menopause, women can experience physical, psychological, emotions and social symptoms. All of which have an impact on a women's home and work life. 1 in 10 women leave their jobs and the big question is, if workplace support was in place and everyone understood what menopause is and why it happens, what would that number be?
