CHANGE THE DIAL delivers social impact coaching and facilitation for organisations and individuals with positive social missions. We work together to change the dial on important measures of imbalance and inequality in society. Clients include; Organisations - Government Communications Service, Know You More, Change Agents and Action Tutoring. Individuals - wanting to shift into careers of more social value or make a greater impact at work or in their community, entrepreneurs with social missions from concept to start up to scale up stages. We choose clients that are positive social amplifiers, as we can only work with so many clients, it's important to us to work with those who support others at scale so our work together has an impact way beyond the individuals directly involved in the coaching or workshop.
