We help organizations with strategic change specializing in Changeability Assessment, consultation on strategic changes, and training for change management agents and practitioners. Agile, high-performing companies are capable to respond to their external environment and can be internally structured to change quickly and effectively. Changeability refers to an organization's capability and readiness to change and it's a concept developed by Michael Jarrett, a professor of Organisational Behavior at INSEAD and the author of the book, Changeability (2009). Based on his research, a team of academics, researchers and consultants continue to study how an organization's strategies get executed in the process of change, and what it takes to manage change successfully.
