Target companies for our practice are small to large companies. We help guide companies already there or thinking about going abroad. Home base for the company doesn't matter - our practices are primarily focused on helping your organization think through its plan.not necessarily to give you that plan. Companies need to understand their industry and how it competes, why it is pursuing international/global presence, what it's company legacy is and how that might fit abroad or be adapted to go abroad. Success is not necessarily automatic if good results already exist in the home country. Success is based on how one adapts and sets up a global footprint for R&D, Manufacturing, Business Development, Finance and Management, etc in a foreign environment. Also just chasing after big targets like China also do not make your success automatic.
