Changeworks Family Therapy

We offer a professional, but inter-personal invitation offered by trained and professionally certified psychotherapists aiding our clients to reach their full potential and/or simply to cope better with life’s challenges. We conduct individual and group therapy in a comfortable, therapeutic environment, characterized with highly trained and certified therapy professionals. Our sessions always offer both secure and confidential climates providing clients the confidence to increase both their personal awareness and capacity for self observation, behavioral change and cognition, and also develop insight to their personal situations. We work toward mutually desired results enabling alternative choices of thought, feeling or action; increase sense of well-being and to better manage subjective discomfort or distress. We provide counseling on an individual, couples and in group therapy, engaging couples and entire families. Although the most effective therapy is traditionally conducted face-to-face within our offices in Reston, for those who travel frequently, we also conduct therapy on a HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform called Doxy, and the telephone when appropriate.
