Changing Ballet School is an academically-oriented classical ballet school. We insist on academic rigor and scientific spirit of originality, on the premise of health & safety, strive to provide students with scientific & diversified dance education, do our best to improve students’ aesthetic sense and comprehensive artistic understanding. We admire achievement attained by consistent hard work rather than little talent. We encourage progress and confidence nurtured through great effort rather than from speculation or opportunity. In the process of classical ballet learning, we promote mutual respect, tolerance, diversity, honest, loyalty, taking responsibility for team, persistence on belief, and cooperative teamwork with love & grace in heart. Learning of ballet is hard and difficult, but not painful and suffering. We are opposed to violate natural and scientific discipline, opposed to “take it for granted” judgment from experience and “succession”, opposed to “Market Above All” and opposed to anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits. We follow the tradition, respect in science, insist in proceeding in an orderly way. We maintain the belief that art is a science, education is not a business, “The Art of being Human”.
