Chania Talents is a small and independently owned staffing firm that is here to offer a bit of an add on to the everyday search and selection process. I want to be at the forefront of talent retention in the Cyber Security and Data Analytics space. This is a topic that has me awake late at night researching and I believe through my open, honest and very straight-forward methodology that we can work to keep in demand talent in place. The name “Chania” has been in my family for generations. My grandfather moved to Kenya in 1940 from the United States and owned a farm which he called Chania Nursery, named after the local river which supplied the region with water. I plan to continue the name and traditions my grandfather started. Recruitment is a different industry all together compared to farming. However, the work life is very similar – put in the hard work with irregular hours, nurture your “product” and do this all with pride and positivity. crossing fingers that you reap what you sow.
