We agree to notify Manufacturer of any leads of interest granted for any products. • Required stocks of goods must always be available so that it can reach the concerned clients at the right time and the right place. • Ensuring earliest delivery of goods to the concerned client but it may be noted that exceptions are always there. • Circular, information, letters, credit notes, LR details, etc are communicated on time to dealers/stockiest • All issue/query of stockiest /dealers are resolved on timely and priority basis. • There is no mediator between us and our concerned clients. We have direct contact with our clients. • We have periodic review meetings with our concerned clients. • We try to be alert and conscious in delivering services all the time to our concerned clients.
