Chapter Homes We're beginning a new chapter. A start of a new story where we, Chapter Homes, work hard to provide stylish, quality homes and firmly position ourselves as one of the region's premier house builders. The company was formed in 2015 to improve the county’s housing offer by providing well-designed, quality homes that meet the needs of people wanting to buy and rent in County Durham. In addition to meeting the needs of home buyers across County Durham, we're also investing in our roots by creating local jobs, using local contractors and boosting the local economy. Construction has started on our first development, Eden Field in Newton Aycliffe, which will provide 142 high quality two, three and four bedroom homes. We know that each home buyer is unique, so Chapter Homes doesn’t have a 'one size fits all' attitude. Instead we have developed our houses and our offer to suit our customers - offering homes for sale or rent to give greater flexibility for our customers.
