Chapter Two Coaching

Chapter Two is a coaching consultancy that enables leaders in middle levels and senior levels engage better with their teams, peers and senior stakeholders. We help teams develop a growth and performance mindset, align better with the organizational culture and values and function more cohesively. We are also passionate about women’s leadership development and have developed a practice around it. We enable leaders achieve their potential through 1:1 coaching interventions and through a set of curated leadership and personal transformational workshops. We offer the following leadership development and personal transformational workshops: 1. Unfollow - Unfollow is a powerful idea: We become the stories we tell ourselves. So it’s important to create and reinforce the right stories, ones that are aligned to our values and our goals. When we do this, we find it easier to make decisions and work with others. Lead from Within - Lead from Within is a leadership development workshop to groom women for leadership positions in the organization. This program helps women understand themselves, overcome barriers and limiting personal beliefs that prevent them from realising their true potential and helps align their personal values with their work. Lead for Impact - Lead for Impact is for those who wish to improve the quality and the sphere of their influence at work, in relationships and in the wider community in which they operate. The program identifies inner stories or dialogues that keep everyday people from turning into leaders, and replaces them with enabling stories.
