Charagar Foundation

Charagar Foundation, a not-for-profit / non-Government Organization, has been established with the intention of making a positive change in society: financially helping patients from vulnerable sections of the population across country and specially from Gilgit-Baltistan. Due to lack of advanced medical facilities in rural areas, most of the serious cases are brought to the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Many families belong to lower financial class and can’t afford hefty medical expenses. Charagar wants to lend them a helping hand. In addition to our health services we are planning to work in the education sector where we will provide trainings, career counseling, and financial support to the deserving students. Charagar will extend its community services to further level i.e Medical camps, meal distributions, volunteering etc. To achieve the humanitarian goals we need support from both individuals and organizations. We have started all the legal procedures and hopefully Charagar will be registered entity very soon.
