Through the use of pioneering technology, ChargeCheck creates an Impenetrable contract between lender and borrower, collates all of the relevant supporting documents, allows Lenders to search potential borrowers and secure their provision on to the register. Throughout the term of each loan, ChargeCheck sends reminders to both borrower and lender whilst alerting lenders if a borrower tries to take out further loans elsewhere, allowing a lender to have their say in the loan to value ratios of each borrower.
