Charis (pronounced Kah-ris) is the Greek word for grace. We help leaders tap into their grace, wisdom, and power as they work to effect meaningful change in the world. Charis coaches, develops, and advises leaders at many different stages of their leadership but we LOVE to serve first-time executives and emerging leaders who are still in the process of discovering their unique leadership identity and voice. Our clients are strategic and reflective visionaries who lead with genuine humility, kindness, and integrity.
