Our loans are insured by established insurers, Tokyo Marine and Msian Reinsurance Bhd. MARKET OPPORTUNITIES Total market capitalisation of major global stock exchanges was estimated in excess of US$100 trillion at end of 2020. Due to high capital reserve ratio and over-regulation, banks and securities houses, since 2008, no longer offer single stock financing against listed companies with market capitalization below US$3 Bn. This results in a strong niche in the private lending space. At least 80% to 90% of the listed stocks are under served, hence demand on stock loans is humongous and still growing with continuous flow of companies going IPO. This outstrips the supply of ethical private lenders which are very few to date. TRACK RECORD First similar Fund established in Dublin, Ireland licensed by Central Bank of Ireland achieved net annual return of about 10%. Net annualized return for the regulated Spore Fund is also around 10%.
