At Charizmatec, a team of engineers active in construction industry since 1997 are gathered together to contribute in design, supervision and construction of Architecture, Interior Architecture and Industrial Architecture projects. Main effort of this team in all projects, in addition to accomplishing the design in the course of the project development, is to be fully responsible for project supervision or implementation towards providing an evidence that the design is in line with the construction, so that the possible gap caused by unavailability of technicians in implementing the projects, would have minimum adverse effect on the philosophy of the design. During the years of our cooperation, we have not only tried to consider and learn from the demands of clients, in different projects, towards realizing different needs, while applying up-to-date industrial manufacture means and methods as well as unique design and custom-built construction features, also we have tried to achieve productive solutions in constructing exquisite architectural spaces in different business, social and private environments. These policies facilitate, maintaining and stabilizing specific elements such as time, cost and quality and also provide amazing opportunities in each project, in favor of gaining invaluable experiences, for our design team which their administration in developing of working projects constantly faces day to day challenges.
