I’m Charlotte, Outside of the Virtual Assistant world I’m a fully qualified driving instructor, an avid football fan and I love to travel. I have a background in education and working within the travel industry. As well as this, I decided to venture into a little home fragrance sideline, I was very fortunate to have a lot of the skills and experience required in order to get the business set up online. I built a social media presence in front of my customers which quickly started to bring in sales through Etsy and going on to creating my own website. In doing this it became very clear to me that our time is truly valuable. I wanted to combine my skills, knowledge, and love of supporting others alongside creating flexibility and freedom to suit my personal life. This is how Charlotte Grace Virtual Assistant came to life. Being a business owner is hard, spinning all the plates all the time.
