Overseen by President Meredith Roy, an industry leader in her own right who has taken leadership of Charterhouse Development from her father, J. Over the past decade, Charterhouse Development has focused on growing our impressive portfolio by acquiring and redeveloping neighborhood shopping centers primarily in the Northeast, as well as developing free-standing retail properties.
