Chase Center is a beautiful family-operated community offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and a variety of accommodations to seniors in the Cass County area. This active senior care facility is located in Logansport, Indiana, a medium-sized city with small-town charm approximately an hour north of Indianapolis. The majority of our 101 private and semi-private rooms are dually certified in both Medicare and Medicaid. Our campus is conveniently located near Fresenius Dialysis Center and just seconds away from Logansport Memorial Hospital.
