C'est en 1992 que Thierry Daulhiac a repris le domaine familial. Le domaine s’étend aujourd'hui sur une trentaine d'hectares dont 15 hectares de vignes. L'ensemble de la production est en agriculture biologique depuis 2005 et en biodynamie depuis 2018. Isabelle et Thierry Daulhiac commercialisent chaque année environ bouteilles essentiellement aux professionnels en France et à l'export.
