Chatscene is a new hyper-location based social app. Its purpose is to bring people together via social media in real live environments like bars, restaurants, college campuses, parks, etc. With Chatscene, anyone can see who is in the same location/vicinity and communicate with them. You can see mutual friends, interests, and other basic information that will, hopefully, give members a sense of relief when engaging with new people.
