Broadcasting seasonal experiences Since 2017 — In the middle of Spring 2011, five college students sat in H-Building eating endives slathered with butter and caviar. The mix of fat and salt was balanced out by the bitterness of the endives. Amidst the mastication of the rich hors d'oeuvres, an impromptu brainstorm session emerged and gave birth to Chau Time. This is Chau Time. Host Brian Chau is a food scientist, fungal fanatic and charismatic chemist. Chau Time brings you seasonal experiences for your ears, covering subject matters around food from science to literature and politics to religion.
