Chebu Pharmaceutical Ltd (CPL) is dedicated to providing quality, cost-effective over-the-counter and prescription medications to patients in rural Kenya. Our revenue is generated through modest profit margins on the products we sell. Our unique implementation strategy combines the use of technological tools with traditional outreach methods, including physical storefronts. We cater to both B2B and B2C markets, supplying clinics and directly serving consumers. Our focus is on rural areas, specifically Sub-Counties, ideally with medium population densities of around 250 people per square kilometer. Leveraging over two years of data from CPL’s electronic inventory system, we make informed supply chain decisions. This gives us a competitive edge, enabling us to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products at the right time and price to the last mile populace in Kenya.
