Communities thrive when its residents feel empowered and can access the services and resources they need and the opportunities that benefit them and the community as a whole. Yet, barriers do exist and can hold back individuals, families and the greater community. That’s where Chebucto Connections comes in. We work within the community, with partners and people, to create inclusive spaces and personalized programs to help people access what they need to move forward. We see the potential within each person we work with, and we draw on the power of the community to help make lasting change. Our vision is to be a part of a thriving, inclusive community where everyone has equitable access to services and opportunity. Our mission is to find impactful solutions that help address a range of social needs in our community. As a community service hub, our mandate is to build connections and create spaces and programs that help people access what they need to move forward.
