What We Do In a typical scenario we market directly to homeowners who contact us and want to sell their property. We in turn evaluate the situation and in this market we offer to purchase the property with the opportunity to negotiate a Short Sale with the lender. We negotiate the loan down and when we get our offer accepted we then move forward in purchasing it ourselves or thru other channels finding a more suitable buyer.
