Applications for our products include industrial controls and switches, EV battery disconnects, DC Charging stations, EV bus bars, electrical grid power distribution, switchgear, and power transformer electrical control devices and equipment. Checon's core products include electrical contacts, precision power components, refractory contact tips, contact buttons, rivets, welding tapes & Toplay/Inlay strip materials. Our precious metal alloys include fine silver, silver nickel, silver cadmium oxide, silver tin oxide, silver tungsten, and silver graphite & noble metals such as gold, platinum, & palladium. Copper, copper alloy, aluminum, and steel are available as base metals and are assembled in a wide range of fabrication capabilities, including in-press welding, furnace, flame & induction brazing, seam welding, percussion welding, stamping, Toplay/Inlay bimetal bonding, bimetal cladding, and CNC machining. Checon is vertically integrated to control supply chain sourcing and internal manufacturing processes. We offer in-house tool design, progressive tooling, process verification and application engineering, on-site device performance testing, real-time visual testing, and material analytics.
