CHEERFIT is a workout club and fitness community for cheerleaders. The CHEERFIT platform connects cheerleaders, coaches, and parents around the world through the power of fitness. Here at CHEERFIT, more than just fitness videos, we’re your daily inspiration, a lifestyle and an online community – motivating each other and holding each other accountable. Danielle Donovan founded CHEERFIT after experiencing the dangers of cheerleading when she tore her ACL not once, but twice during her collegiate cheerleading career at Syracuse University. When faced with the question of yet another surgery, Danielle instead turned to fitness. Through fitness, she was able to strengthen her knee to full recovery. Danielle realized fitness was the answer, not just for me, but for the cheerleading industry as a whole. It was then that CHEERFIT was born! CHEERFIT was created to be the fitness solution for the cheerleading industry, providing cheerleaders with specific cheer exercises and workout plans unique to the cheer sport. Growing as a community we now offer programs for cheerleaders, cheer moms, and former cheerleaders.
