Cheesecake Royale began with the sweetest of all things: a family recipe. It began when Dino Roidopoulos decided to use his mother's recipes when baking cheesecakes for his restaurant, the Kostas Café. These desserts were so popular he started selling them to other restaurants. Demand grew, and in 1985 he started Cheesecake Royale, eventually selling desserts across the country with the help of his family. Even though we're a little bigger now, we are all still family owned and operated, and our famous desserts are still a family tradition. And just as it was in the beginning, we will always be committed to using nothing but the finest ingredients, including farm fresh eggs, real whipping cream and cream cheese, along with the freshest, sweetest fruit. That's a tradition worth keeping.
