Chefactory Cooking Academy

Chefactory is the project of Chef Francesco Arancio who after more than 20 years of experience gained all over the world has decided to make it available to spread the culture of Italian cuisine and the image of Italy through food without borders. Chefactory Cooking Academy started in summer 2016 with the idea of sharing true Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Our chefs have dedicated their whole life to the search for love for food, tradition and humility in learning the art of cooking. We put a lot of passion in choosing the best quality organic products, fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The reason why we do this work is only one: we want to pass on our traditions, history, life and the art of Tuscan cuisine. Chefactory is committed to spreading a culture of conscious cooking that has as its reference values the creation of healthy foods, making every effort to limit waste and the use of raw materials that are as sustainable as possible. Chefactory offers a selection of courses designed to discover Italian cuisine in a professional but always convivial atmosphere, almost like at home, making you feel like real chefs and passing on all the secrets we are aware of thanks to the experience of our international staff.
