What to expect: I will only use the best suppliers I can! My butchers from Robinsons supplies me with high end quality meat. I also use a company who supply me with venison burgers & sausages. We have been working closely so I can add this to my menu’s. Both of these Companies are based in Newbury 7 miles from my house. All of the above has full traceability from field to plate. A mixture of butchers sausage & now Venison (gluten free) British back bacon One pots/Evening meals These are something very tasty & go down well as a Friday night filler. A variety of hearty, meaty & vegetable one pots served with Artizan breads & salted butter Barbecue: The main event & one to be proud of This includes: Venison burger, beef burger, butcher sausage, minted lamb rump, marinated chicken, venison sausage, a selection of flat, pitta, bread rolls & hot dog rolls. Complimented with mixed leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber, new potato & coleslaw. All cooked by a qualified chef & angler with over 30yrs experience.
