Chemovator is the business incubator and early-stage investor of BASF and supports venture teams to turn great business proposals into scalable and investable business opportunities. We leverage the unique connection to BASF knowledge and domain expertise, ambitious founders, industry partners, universities, investors and the entrepreneurship ecosystem to create deep tech opportunities that truly matter for our industry. As an early-stage or pre-seed investor, we offer two different programs: Chemovator - Evolve as the intrapreneurship program for BASF employees, and Chemovator - Elevate, where we invest into visionary founders with ideas centered around sustainability, next generation materials and other groundbreaking areas.
