For more than 40 years, Chemstar has provided environmentally-friendly starch-based polymers for a variety of industries, including oil & drilling, mining, construction materials and environmental technologies (erosion control & wastewater processing). Chemstar produces a variety of clean, American-made starch-based materials that include modified, pre-gel and water-soluble polymers for industrial use. We are also well known for developing private-label products for specific customer applications. Every year, our facilities produce millions of pounds of clean, highly-effective, water-soluble American-made industrial products. We derive our products from American-grown corn and potatoes—placing them among the most environmentally-friendly in the world.
