Chemweld, Inc, located in Norcross, GA, is a family owned and operated company that has been serving the welding industry for over 35 years. In 1975, founder Garry McKenna saw a need in the metalworking industry for a superior cutting fuel to replace expensive and unsafe acetylene. Chemweld has been supplying Chemolene cutting fuel through out the United States since. Chemweld's success has been built on the foundation of excellent customer service, a tradition that Garry's daughter Linda McKenna Smith plans to continue as the current company President. Chemweld continues to grow as the demand to replace acetylene and propylene with a more cost effective, safer and environmentally friendly fuel rises.
