Cheraman Financial Services Ltd has been established with equity participation of M/s Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation and private investors, mostly Gulf based NRIs. The group strives to achieve the vision through the following business verticals: Cheraman Financial Services Ltd - The group intends to carry out financial leasing and equity funding activities through this vertical. Cheraman Funds Management Ltd - This business vertical is established to provide equity funding to viable ventures, both for startup entities as also for expansion of existing entities in various industry verticals. The SEBI registered category II Cheraman Fund is carrying out the alternative investment fund activities. The Fund focuses on manufacturing and service sectors of the country. This initiative is expected to provide the much needed impetus to manufacturing and service sectors of the state. Cheraman Funds Management Ltd undertakes the investment management activities of the Fund. Cheraman Infrastructure Pvt Ltd - This business vertical focuses on infrastructure development activities through Built Operate & Transfer (BOT) and other related modes. Projects are already underway for development of few commercial spaces.
