Cherikov & Partners, LLC was founded in 2014 by former employees of the Tax and Legal Department of Deloitte & Touche. In an effort to take its place in the market, we decided to focus its activities on what we do best - on tax practice. Deep knowledge of the local tax laws, as well as extensive experience working with international clients allow us to carry out projects of any scale with the most specific needs of customers. Equally well in both legal and financial side of taxation, we can comprehensively resolve the clients' issues. Teamwork of tax lawyers and tax accountants, helps us to solve tax issues of different complexity, ranging from tax planning to tax tax due diligence.
