Our primary focus is Sell-Side M&A engagements with middle market companies where ownership wants to either realize their liquidity goals or desires to recapitalize their business to better position it for future growth. Additionally, we represent Buy-Side clients in their efforts to add acquisitions to complement their organic growth efforts. We have an exceptional team of dedicated investment banking professionals, many of which have had C-level operating experience in their backgrounds as CEOs or CFOs.
