I am sure you all would agree that the world is moving toward an everything-as-a-service (XaaS) model, which means serviced management has to become a way of life for any IT organization or IT-enabled service. And one cannot talk about service management without highlighting the importance of ITIL. After all, ITIL is a proven framework for implementing an effective ITSM for any organization that is dealing with IT services. Given that we are moving into the space where everything is delivered as a service, ITIL and ITIL-based products have become indispensable! We at CherwellCorner firmly believe that ITIL and products built based on the ITIL framework will be the backbone of digital transformation. Since Cherwell is clearly one of the best no-code platforms for ITSM, the fact that it is built on the ITIL framework means it is one of the effective way to implement ITSM for any organisation. So, what is Cherwell Corner? Well, it’s all about sharing knowledge! Gaining knowledge is the first step to wisdom. Sharing it is the first step to humanity.~Unknown We have encountered so many different challenges and situations with Cherwell, and we managed to resolve them with perseverance, innovation, and hard work. So, We thought, “why don’t we share our lessons learned?” We feel this will be useful for others who are treading a similar path.
