Chesapeake Transitions is a full-service Move Coordinating company, helping seniors downsize, move, or "age in place." At the initial consultation, we come up with a plan that suits your needs, whether it be a full move, a downsize, or simply decluttering/organizing. We then develop a schedule that fits your timeframe to achieve the desired result. When you decide to move forward, we will work with you and/or your family to eliminate the pressure from the process and provide a comfortable new location for you, even if you decide to age in place.
